At Better Off, we stand behind our estate planning services with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the planning service, we'll review your refund request and work to understand your concerns. Please note that submission does not guarantee approval, and, if you've downloaded your documents, you've received the complete Better Off service and are no longer eligible for a refund.
Policy details
- Requirements: The offer of a refund is available to you if you a) are within 30 days of your original date of payment for the Better Off service, and b) haven't yet downloaded your estate plan document packet.
- Special Circumstances: Cases involving technical issues that prevent document completion or download will be reviewed by Better Off engineers before making a refund decision.
- Review: To request a refund, send an email to support@getbetteroff.com describing why you're dissatisfied with the Better Off service. A Better Off team member will evaluate your request and make a refund determination.
- Approval: If your request is approved, allow 5-7 business days for processing. Your refund will be made to the original payment method. Your plan will be cancelled, and you'll no longer have access to your account.
