Can I cancel my attorney support membership and get a refund?
You can cancel your membership with a refund if:
- You provide written notice to Better Off within seven days of purchasing the service
- You haven't yet had any consultation with a support attorney
Once you've had a consultation or after the seven-day period has passed, refunds are typically not available except in limited circumstances where Better Off cannot provide the service (such as when attorney conflicts prevent engagement). Your membership remains active for one year from the payment date, regardless of how many consultations you schedule during that period.
